- Caramelize 1 cup sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until brown and melted.
- Pour the caramelized sugar into a Bundt pan, swirling to coat the sides and bottom.
- Let the caramel set and cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, milk, and eggs.
- Pour the mixture over the cooled caramel in the Bundt pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool completely before inverting onto a serving plate.
