Ingredients

  • 3 eggs (large)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 5 Tbsp. water
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp. almond flavor

Instructions

  1. Mix and bake at 350°.
  2. Let cool, then turn onto dish towel sprinkled with sugar.
  3. Spread filling on.
  4. Roll tightly with wax paper, then put foil over that.
  5. Put in freezer; remove just before serving and slice.
