10 Minute Catsup
Ingredients
Instructions
- Cook
- tomatoes,
- pepper, onion, and celery all together until soft.
- Drain
- off water overnight.
- Then strain through sieve or food
- mill.
- To
- this add sugar, vinegar, spices and salt.
- Boil for
- 10 minutes, pour into bottles and seal.
- For hot catsup,
- add 1/8 teaspoon red pepper and 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard.
