Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 package yeast
  • 3 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Cool milk to lukewarm.
  2. Add salt, sugar, oil, yeast, and flour; mix well.
  3. Turn out into a greased bowl and cover with wax paper; let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out on a floured board and cut into rolls.
  5. Place rolls in a greased pan and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
