Ingredients

  • 8 small boxes Jell-O of different colors
  • 1 cup hot water for each box of Jell-O
  • 1/3 cup sour cream for each color

Instructions

  1. Arrange the colors of the Jell-O in any order you like in a deep dish measuring 9 1/2 x 11 x 2 inches.
  2. For each color, mix 1 cup hot water with the Jell-O and stir well.
  3. Separate half of the mixture for each color.
  4. Add 1/3 cup sour cream to half of each color mixture, stir thoroughly.
  5. Pour the sour cream mixture into the dish and let it set in the refrigerator.
  6. Once set, pour half of the plain Jell-O mixture over the layer.
  7. Repeat the process with all remaining colors, layering as desired, letting each layer set before adding the next.
