Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 2 rounded Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix self-rising flour, mayonnaise, milk, and sugar (if using) well until smooth.
  2. Pour the batter into greased muffin tins, filling each about two-thirds full.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F for 20 minutes until golden brown.
