- Combine cranberries, apple, apricots, brown sugar, vinegar, ginger, allspice, dry mustard, 1/4 cup water and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Bring to boiling.
- Reduce and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
- Stir frequently.
- Spoon into containers.
- Cover, seal and refrigerate or freeze.
- Makes 2 cups.
- Good accompaniment to cold cuts, such as ham, turkey and roast beef.
