Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups starter
  • 2-1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 large can sliced peaches with juice
  • 2-1/2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. At the end of 30 days, drain the liquid from the fruit.
  2. Divide the liquid into 4 or 5 jars, each containing 1-1/2 cups, and give away.
  3. Divide the fruit into thirds.
