- Combine water, oil, sugar, and yeast.
- Let rest 15 min.
- Add in salt and egg.
- Mix well.
- Stir in flour.
- Knead on lightly floured surface till smooth.
- Shape immediately into rolls, buns, pizza crust, cinnamon rolls, etc.
- Let rest for about 10 min.
- Bake at 425 F. for about 15 min or possibly till brown.
- makes 30 rolls.
