Ingredients

  • 1 lb. stewing beef
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup potatoes
  • 1 cup onions
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Oil a casserole dish.
  2. Place beef in the bottom of the pan.
  3. Add vegetables, salt, sugar, tapioca, and tomato juice.
  4. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cover and cook at 250°F (about 121°C) for 4 hours.
  6. Do not stir while in the oven.
