Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash cooked sweet potatoes while still hot.
  3. Add butter and mix until melted and smooth.
