Ingredients

  • 1/3 lb. hamburger
  • 1/4 c. diced onion
  • 1 medium size potato
  • 1 c. tomatoes
  • 2/3 c. mixed vegetables
  • chili powder

Instructions

  1. Place hamburger in bottom of greased casserole.
  2. Cover with layer of potatoes, then vegetables which have been cooked. Pour tomatoes over top.
  3. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
