Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Put thighs close together in baking dish.
  2. Cover with onion. Liberally drizzle with soy sauce.
  3. Bake until tender, 45 minutes, at 350°.
