Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the crock-pot, except almonds.
  2. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until the ingredients are tender.
  3. Serve with slivered almonds sprinkled on top.
