Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. Karo syrup (light or dark)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 2 pie shells, unbaked

Instructions

  1. Beat the margarine, Karo syrup, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well blended.
  2. Stir in the pecans.
  3. Pour the mixture into unbaked pie shells.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
