Ingredients

  • 1 lb. margarine
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 c. cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 4 lb. powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the margarine and Velveeta cheese in a double boiler.
  2. Mix together the cocoa and powdered sugar.
  3. Add the melted cheese mixture to the cocoa and sugar mixture.
  4. Stir in vanilla and nuts.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch or larger pan and let it set.
