7-Grain Bread

Instructions
- Boil water, add milk and heat to scalding.
- Add salt, canola oil and molasses, then add 1/2 cup each of 7 different grains and cool mixture to lukewarm, then add whole wheat flour, white flour and yeast.
- Stir thoroughly.
- Pour on heavily floured board and knead, adding flour as needed.
- Let rise until double in bulk and bake in 350° oven until done.
- Very good and healthy too!
