Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 tablespoons white Karo syrup
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • dash of salt
  • 1 teaspoon coconut or vanilla flavoring

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except flavoring in the top of a double boiler.
  2. Cook for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and add flavoring.
