Instructions
- Melt butter and cheese together.
- Add this mixture to cocoa and powdered sugar.
- Add vanilla.
- Cook on burner on low until it melts good.
- Take off burner.
- Stir in nuts.
- Pour into lightly greased long pan.
- Let cool and cut.
- This makes 7 pounds of fudge.
