Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. raw wheat germ
  • 1 Tbsp. granular lecithin
  • 5 unsalted raw walnuts
  • 4 slivered almonds
  • 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp. Barleans flax oil (on top; available at health food stores)

Instructions

  1. Serve at once; enjoy.
  2. It will fill you up for 3 to 4 hours.
