Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes cut in quarters
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 can Hormel roast beef
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1 pinch of red pepper

Instructions

  1. Place first 6 ingredients in boiler and start cooking on medium-heat.
  2. Take the can of Hormel roast beef and chop up.
  3. Add sage and pinch of red pepper.
  4. Add to ingredients in boiler and cook on medium-heat about 30 minutes or until tender.
