A hearty and quick meal featuring kielbasa, potatoes, carrots, and onions, perfect for a satisfying dinner that comes together in just about 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 small ring kielbasa sausage
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 3 or 4 carrots

Instructions

  1. Put a small amount of oil in a frypan and add all ingredients: kielbasa, onion, potatoes, and carrots.
  2. Add 1 cup of water to the frypan.
  3. Keep adding water in small amounts and keep the frypan covered.
  4. Cook until potatoes and carrots are done, about 15 or 20 minutes.
