Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Combine remaining ingredients with yeast mixture.
- Mix well.
- Let dough rise until double in size.
- Punch down and turn out onto floured surface.
- Knead a little.
- Make small balls, flatten top and place on buttered pan. Let rise some and then take fingers and press in center to make hole for filling.
- Let rise and bake at 450° until brown, about 10 minutes. Brush tops with melted butter.
