  • 1 cup canned peaches in light syrup, drained
  • 2/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp natural wheat germ

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.
