Ingredients

  • 1 carton cool whip
  • 1 carton cottage cheese
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 package orange jello
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1 can crushed pineapples
  • 1 can fruit cocktail
  • Coconut (flaked) if desired

Instructions

  1. Drain all canned fruits well.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cool whip, cottage cheese, chopped pecans, and orange jello powder.
  3. Add the drained mandarin oranges, crushed pineapples, and fruit cocktail to the mixture.
  4. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  5. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
  6. Optional: Top with flaked coconut before serving if desired.
