- This time, I used barley miso.
- Put all the ingredients except for the mirin and soy sauce in a pot.
- Mix it well.
- Add mirin and soy sauce.
- Mix.
- Turn on the heat and bring to a boil.
- Turn down the heat to low and boil for 5 minutes.
- Pour immediately into a heatproof container.
- It holds up to a month in the fridge.
