Ingredients

  • 100 grams Miso
  • 30 grams White sugar
  • 40 grams Mirin
  • 40 grams Soy sauce
  • 1 grams Grated ginger

Instructions

  1. This time, I used barley miso.
  2. Put all the ingredients except for the mirin and soy sauce in a pot.
  3. Mix it well.
  4. Add mirin and soy sauce.
  5. Mix.
  6. Turn on the heat and bring to a boil.
  7. Turn down the heat to low and boil for 5 minutes.
  8. Pour immediately into a heatproof container.
  9. It holds up to a month in the fridge.
