Ingredients

  • 6 c. thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can cheese soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes, drained
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3 oz. sliced pepperoni
  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano

Instructions

  1. Place sliced potatoes in a greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish; set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef.
  3. Drain grease.
  4. Meanwhile heat cheese soup and milk until smooth and heated.
