- Combine shredded Monterey Jack cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onion slices in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs and milk together.

- Pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
