Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onion slices
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 (6 to 7 oz.) can minced crabmeat, well drained

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded Monterey Jack cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onion slices in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and milk together.
  3. Add the beaten egg mixture to the cheese mixture and mix lightly.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Serve on stone ground crackers or small slices of rye bread.
