Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup biscuit mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oleo
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup salted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except coconut and salted peanuts in a blender.
  2. Blend on low speed for 3 minutes until smooth.
  3. Stir in coconut and salted peanuts.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until set.
