Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw rice
  • 1 can chicken gumbo soup, 10 3/4 oz., diluted
  • 1 can chicken broth, 10 3/4 oz.
  • 1/4 cup margarine

Instructions

  1. Mix rice and soups in a casserole dish that has a tight lid.
  2. Put the margarine in the middle and do not stir.
  3. Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  4. Fluff with a fork before serving.
