Angel Buns From Bisquick

Deliciously soft and fluffy angel buns with a hint of sweetness, perfect for breakfast or a snack. Easy to make with Bisquick and yeast for a homemade touch.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. quick acting dry yeast
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. warm water
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1/4 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in the Bisquick and milk until dough forms.
  3. Smooth the dough into a ball on a breadboard dusted with baking mix.
  4. Knead the dough at least 10 times.
  5. Roll the dough to 1/2-inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter dipped in baking mix.
  6. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  7. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
