Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Betty Crocker angel food cake mix
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the angel food cake mix, water, and almond extract until well blended.
  4. Fold in the flaked coconut and cocoa until evenly distributed.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the tops are lightly golden.
  7. Allow to cool before removing from the baking sheet.
