Ingredients

  • 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a 2-quart heavy saucepan, combine chocolate, half the marshmallows, water, and butter.
  2. Heat until blended, stirring constantly.
  3. Cool slightly; add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  4. Beat until thick.
  5. Stir in remaining marshmallows.
  6. Add chopped walnuts.
  7. Frosts one 13 x 9-inch cake.
