Crispy, savory eggrolls filled with seasoned beef, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, and onions, perfect as an appetizer or snack with a tangy plum sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. bean sprouts
  • 1 small can water chestnuts (chopped)
  • 1/2 onion (chopped)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pkg. eggroll wrappers

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Add bean sprouts, chopped water chestnuts, and chopped onion to the skillet; stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a separate bowl and pour into the meat and vegetable mixture, cooking until set.
  4. Mix everything together and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Spoon the mixture into eggroll wrappers.
  6. Roll the wrappers tightly around the filling and wet the edges with your fingers to seal.
  7. Deep fry the eggrolls until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with Dynasty Plum Sauce.
