Ingredients

  • 5 or 6 large potatoes
  • salt
  • 3/4 to 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Combine sliced potatoes, salt, milk, and butter in a microwave-safe dish and microwave until potatoes are tender.
  2. Remove from microwave and top with cubed Velveeta cheese.
  3. Return to microwave and cook until the cheese melts.
