Anna'S Orange Jello Cake

- Mix the yellow cake mix, orange Jell-O, eggs, Crisco, and water well and pour into a greased and floured tube or loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking, mix together the sugar, orange juice from the can, and hot water until the sugar dissolves.
- As soon as the cake is removed from the oven, punch holes all over the top with a large fork.
- Spoon the juice mixture all over the top of the cake and let it stand until completely cool.
