Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 potatoes
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup sour cream
  • salt
  • garlic salt
  • onion salt

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes until tender and mash as usual.
  2. Mix mashed potatoes with cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add salt, garlic salt, and onion salt to taste.
  4. Bake, covered, for 30 to 60 minutes at 325° to 350°F.
  5. Sprinkle paprika or grate cheese on top before serving, if desired.
