Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 8 slices bread
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon optional

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients then add eggs, milk, and oil
  2. Dip slices of bread into mixture, fry on hot griddle or fry pan.
  3. Serve with butter, maple, and/or powdered sugar
