Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can chickpeas
  • 3 Tbsp. tahini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the chickpeas in a pan of water for approximately 6 minutes, then drain.
  2. Blend the cooked chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil in a blender until smooth.
  3. Add a little water if needed to thin the dip to your desired consistency.
