Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 8 ounces Cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup melted margarine
  • 3/4 pound bacon

Instructions

  1. Mix Bisquick, half of the Cheddar cheese, and onions.
  2. Combine milk and beaten egg and mix into the Bisquick mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 12 x 8-inch or 13 x 9-inch pan.
  4. Spread the remaining Cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Crumble the fried bacon over the cheese.
  6. Pour melted margarine over the top.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
  8. Cut while warm and serve.
