Ingredients

  • 3 cups apples, chopped
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix all together by hand in a large bowl, it will be very thick!
  2. Pat into 2 loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
