Ingredients

  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Combine pie filling and next 4 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Spoon 2 tablespoons into center of each tortilla.
  2. Fold in sides and roll to enclose filling.
  3. Deep fry in 350° oil for 5 minutes or until golden.
  4. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar while still warm.
  6. Yield:
