Instructions
- Combine apple, celery and coconut.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix oil, orange juice, salt and paprika in a separate container. Fold in apple mixture.
- Dot with plum jelly after arranged on bed of lettuce.
- Serves 3.
