Ingredients

  • 1 can biscuits
  • apples, peeled, cored and quartered
  • cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Pinch the biscuits in half.
  2. Wrap each quartered apple in half a biscuit.
  3. Place the wrapped apples in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon over the dumplings.
  5. Pour 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water over the dumplings.
  6. Cut the butter into chunks and sprinkle over the top.
  7. Bake at 350°F until the dumplings are brown.
