Instructions
- In a 2-quart saucepan, combine all ingredients, except apples. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add apples and simmer 15 to 20 minutes more or until most of the liquid is evaporated and sauce coats the back of a spoon.
- Cool thoroughly.
- Makes 1 1/2 cups.
- Use this over fish or poultry.
