Ingredients
- 1 mango - peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1 red apple - peeled, cored, and diced ⓘ
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced ⓘ
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced ⓘ
- 1/3 cup diced red onion ⓘ
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro ⓘ
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon lime juice ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon orange juice ⓘ
- salt and ground black pepper to taste ⓘ
Instructions
- Toss mango, apple, cucumber, yellow bell pepper, onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, orange juice, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl.
