Ingredients

  • 1 mango - peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1 red apple - peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toss mango, apple, cucumber, yellow bell pepper, onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, orange juice, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl.
