Ingredients

  • 4 cups boiled noodles
  • 4 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 small package cooked breakfast sausage, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine peeled and sliced apples with sugar and cinnamon.
  2. In a casserole dish, combine the boiled noodles with the apple mixture.
  3. Dot the top with butter.
  4. Cover and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
  5. Optional: Add cooked, sliced sausage to the mixture or serve sausage as a side dish.
