Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 cups milk
  • 3 cups whipping cream
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add sugar to the eggs and mix well.
  3. Add remaining ingredients: milk, whipping cream, vanilla, salt, apple pie filling, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream freezer container.
  5. Fill the container to the fill line with milk if needed.
  6. Freeze in the ice cream freezer until firm.
