Ingredients

  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 small packages instant chocolate pudding

Instructions

  1. Blend flour, softened butter, and chopped pecans.
  2. Spread the mixture into an 11 x 13-inch dish.
  3. Bake at 375°F until light brown, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Fold 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip and powdered sugar into softened cream cheese.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. Mix instant chocolate pudding with 3 cups of milk until set, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Spread remaining Cool Whip over the pudding layer.
  8. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top.
  9. Chill before serving.
