Ingredients

  • 6 to 9 lb. fully-cooked ham half
  • 20 oz. crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup apple jelly
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place the ham in a disposable 11 x 9 x 2-inch foil pan and set it in a supporting pan or roasting pan of the same size.
  2. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the ham, ensuring it does not touch the bone.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 2 hours.
